Just Transform har med seg eit spennande tverrfagleg team av forskarar som bidreg til prosjektet med lang forskingserfaring og breidde i forskingsfokus. Vi har forskarar frå sju ulike land med oss frå mange ulike disiplinar som mediestudiar, humanistisk informatikk, mekatronikk, samfunnsfag, samanliknande politikk, sosiologi, geografi og sosialantropologi. Teamet vårt har tidlegare jobba med forskingsfelt som digitalisering og kjønn, grøn omstilling, transformasjon og klimatilpassing, feministisk teori, sosiale rørsler og oljeindustrien.
Med eit slikt team vil vi jobbe med både kvantitative og kvalitative metodar for å utforske korleis grøn og digital omstilling vil endre premissane for inkludering og arbeid.
