In our project Just Transform, we have analysed the policy dimensions of the digital and green transitions, and their interactions in the context of working life. Drawing on a review of documents from nine European and international organisations, alongside insights from key informant interviews and a policy webinar, our report identifies opportunities to drive more inclusive and sustainable transitions. This report is part of the JustTransform: Enabling a sustainable, just, and inclusive green and digital transformation research project, led by the Western Norway Research Institute (Vestlandsforsking), in collaboration with Cambridge Industrial Innovation Policy and NORCE.
