The research project JustTransform, aiming to develop a framework for making the green and digital transitions become a just, sustainable, and inclusive transformation of working life, opened with an inspiring kick-off meeting in Sogndal this week. I am privileged to be the project leader of this exciting project, working together with a great group of researchers.

Yesterday Steve Evans, also part of the team, presented perspectives on research into industrial sustainability, and the SAB with Sirkku Juhola, David Jordhus-Lier, and Julia Nentwich, Prof. Dr. also contributed with their perspectives on the issues of the green and digital transitions.

Today we had a session with the Stakeholder Reference group represented by Guro Rørvik leader for National Centre for STEM Recruitment (NSR), Anne Mette Hjelle representing IT-Forum Vest, and Heidi Synnøve Gaustad representing Grøn region Vestland. Also part of the reference group, Sine Emborg Tolfsen from NITO – Norges Ingeniør- og Teknologorganisasjon and Monica Aasen from Jenter og Teknologi, could not meet today.
